Engineering implementation and delivery

We provide one-stop engineering delivery services, including on-site site surveys for display screens, scheme design, steel structure construction, display screen installation, and system commissioning.

2. On-site guidance and training

Provide training on on-site display installation technical guidance, system debugging, operational instructions, and usage and maintenance.

3. Remote installation guidance

If customers encounter any issues during the installation process, they can seek remote technical support and guidance via telephone, WeChat, or other means.

 

After-sales maintenance services:

1. On-site fault resolution

Based on the display screen failure level and the contract agreement, the guide will arrange a professional after-sales service engineer to go to the site and resolve the issue.

2. Remote Technical Guidance

If customers encounter any issues during use, they can seek remote technical support and guidance services via telephone, WeChat, or other means.

3. Send accessories for repair

If customers encounter component failures during use, they can mail the faulty parts to Lingluren’s Huizhou factory. Within the warranty period, we will provide free repair services; outside the warranty period, we will offer paid repair services.

4. Technical Inspection Follow-up Visit

Conduct regular post-sales inspections and follow-up visits on display equipment to ensure optimal product performance and continuously enhance both product quality and service capabilities.

 

Training Services:

Regularly conduct training for Lead Optical-Electronic Partner Certified Engineers (LCE) to continuously enhance the technical capabilities and professional expertise of our partners, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
